“ Sadelles at the Bellagio is a gorgeous brunch spot located right inside the Bellagio Conservatory. The atmosphere is elegant, bright, and full of vintage charmTiffany blue tones everywhere! I had the Signature Bundle, which came with Salmon Benedict delicious but a little salty, a super sweet Sticky Bun, and a small fruit plate. Loved that they served coffee in a little potperfect to balance the sweetness. The environment is truly the star hereevery corner is Instagramworthy. Service was smooth, and booking ahead made the experience even better. Our server Mike K. was phenomenal, he was prompt, attentive, so nice to talk with, and made us feel so welcome. My mom and I ate breakfast here and we are locals, and it was so nice to get just as attentive service as some VIP tourists we see a lot. It is a long wait if you get there later. The baby blue paint color in the dining room matched with the salmon colored jackets, the servers wear, created a calming environment. ”

“ We visited Sadelles on 12824, and the experience was incredible! Walking up to Sadelles and seeing the stunning Christmas decorations at the Bellagio was magical. Although we didnt have reservations, we were seated within 1520 minutes. Sadelles itself is gorgeous, with a fantastic view of the Bellagio pool and the conservatory. Depending on where you sit, you can enjoy a lovely view of the holiday decorations while dining. We ordered the steak and eggs and their amazing French toast. The steak, cooked perfectly to medium as requested, was wellseasoned, flavorful, and tendera highquality cut of meat. The French toast was a standout! Our server explained that its soaked in a breadpuddinglike mix and then grilled, creating a crispy outer layer with a soft, breadpuddinglike texture inside. It was absolutely delicious and not overly sweetperfect for breakfast or even dessert. I also had a mimosa, and it was so good I couldve had three more! The fresh orange juice and the glass they serve it in somehow make it feel like its neverendingdefinitely worth the price. Our table overlooked the Christmas decorations, and we enjoyed the festive view while sipping coffee and mimosas. The service was attentive, and the breakfast was far from averageeverything was delightful. Were already looking forward to returning to try the lunch menu! ”
